摘  要:目的评价芩桑金海颗粒联合CO_(2)点阵激光对中重度痤疮患者皮肤生理功能及免疫功能的影响。方法选取2021年10月至2023年1月,中重度痤疮患者87例,依据病案号前后次序将其分为试验组(n=44)与对照组(n=43)。对照组采用CO_(2)点阵激光治疗,激光治疗功率2~5 W,点阵覆盖率6%~49%;试验组在对照组基础上联合芩桑金海颗粒治疗。记录并比较两组患者治疗前和末次激光治疗后1个月的皮肤生理功能(油脂、经皮水分丢失量、角质层含水量)、免疫功能及临床症状(包括皮疹痒痛、颜面潮红、口渴喜饮、尿黄、舌尖红、苔薄黄)评分。结果治疗前,两组患者皮肤生理功能、免疫功能及临床症状评分指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。末次激光治疗后1个月两组患者皮肤油脂、经皮水分丢失量均下降,角质层含水量上升(P<0.05),试验组皮肤油脂、经皮水分丢失量均低于对照组,角质层含水量高于对照组(P<0.05)。末次激光治疗后1个月后两组免疫球蛋白A(immunoglobulin A,IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(immunoglobulin G,IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(immunoglobulin M,IgM)均上升(P<0.05),组间比较发现,试验组免疫球蛋白A(immunoglobulin A,IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(immunoglobulin G,IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(immunoglobulin M,IgM)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。末次激光治疗后1个月两组皮疹痒痛、颜面潮红、口渴喜饮、尿黄、舌尖红、苔薄黄各项评分均下降(P<0.05),试验组皮疹痒痛、颜面潮红、口渴喜饮、尿黄、舌尖红、苔薄黄各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芩桑金海颗粒联合CO_(2)点阵激光治疗可提高中重度痤疮患者免疫功能,调节相关皮肤生理功能,并改善其临床症状。Objective To evaluate the joint effect of Qinsangjinhai granules and CO_(2)dot matrix laser on skin physiology and immune function in patients with moderate to severe acne.Methods Altogether 87 patients treated for moderate to severe acne over the period from Oct.2021 to Jan.2023 were divided into a test group(n=44)and a control group(n=43)by the order of their case numbers.The patients in the control group were treated with CO_(2)dot array laser,and those in the test group were given Qinsangjinhai granules in addition.The skin physiological functions(oil level,percutaneous water loss and cuticle water content),immune functions and clinical symptoms(including rash,itchy pain,flushing,thirst,yellow urine,red tongue apex and thin yellow coated tongue)between the two groups before and one month after the last laser treatment were recorded and compared respectively.Results Before the treatment,there was no dramatic difference in skin physiological function,immune function or clinical symptom score indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).One month after the last laser treatment,the amount of skin oil and percutaneous water loss decreased and the water content of cuticle increased in both groups(P<0.05).It was found via comparison that the amount of skin oil and percutaneous water loss in the test group was lower than those in the control group,and the water content of cuticle was higher in the test group(P<0.05).The immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)of both groups increased(P<0.05),and the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM were higher in the test group than in the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the scores of rash,itchy pain,flushing,thirst,yellow urine,red tongue apex and thin yellow coated tongue dropped in both groups(P<0.05),and the scores were much lower in the test group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of Qinsangjinhai granules and CO_(2)dot matrix laser treatment will improve the immune functions,regulate the related skin physiological functions and impro
