摘 要:目的观察在白血病护理中实施健康行为过程取向理论的干预效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月苏州大学附属儿童医院收治的100例白血病患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,各50例,对照组实施常规护理模式,观察组实施健康行为过程取向理论干预,对比两组患儿知识掌握度,于入院当日、出院前1 d对比两组患儿生化指标和知识掌握度,并使用一般自我效能感量表(General Self-Efficacy Scale,GSES)测评两组患儿的自我效能。结果入院当日,两组各项生化指标对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院前1 d,观察组血小板数值、知识掌握度及GSES量表评分均高于对照组,且丙谷转氨酶数值及白细胞数值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施健康行为过程取向理论干预能够提升白血病患儿知识掌握度,改善其生化指标数值,从而提高自我效能。Objective To observe the effect of health behavior process-oriented theory intervention in leukemia nursing.Methodss A total of 100 children with leukemia admited to the Children's Hospital of Soochow University from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing mode,while the observation group was given the health behavior process-oriented theory intervention.The knowledge mastery degree of the two groups of children was compared.On the day of admission and one day before discharge,the biochemical indicators and knowledge mastery degree of the two groups of children were compared.The General Self-Efficacy Scale(CSES)was used to evaluate the self-efficacy of the two groups.Results On the day of admission,there was no significant difference in biochemical indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).One day before discharge,the platelet value,treatment compliance and GSES scale score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the alanine aminotransferase value and white blood cell value were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of health behavior process-oriented theory intervention can improve the treatment compliance of children with leukemia,improve their biochemical index values,and improve their self-efficacy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
