摘　　要：In recent years,various kinds of marine pollution and the discharge of nuclear sewage have led to the destruction of marine biodiversity and its living environment.At present,the protection of marine biodiversity has become a hot issue of common concern to the whole world.China and France,both being big marine countries,have expressed the idea of cooperation in marine biodiversity conservation.This paper summarizes the current situation of Sino-French bilateral cooperation in marine biodiversity conservation,analyzes the dilemmas of Sino-French bilateral cooperation in marine biodiversity conservation on this basis,and finally puts forward corresponding countermeasure suggestions.
