揿针联合穴位推拿治疗青少年假性近视的临床观察

摘　　要：目的回顾分析揿针联合穴位推拿治疗青少年假性近视的的临床疗效。方法将104例(104眼)混合性假性近视和单纯假性近视患者,随机分为治疗组(n=53)和对照组(n=51)。治疗组采用揿针联合穴位推拿治疗;对照组通过改善日常生活及学习习惯来调整视力。2组均治疗1个疗程(4周)。比较2组治疗的总有效率;比较2组治疗前后裸眼视力水平;比较2组治疗前后假性近视部分的屈光度;比较2组治疗期间不良反应等。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为90.56%,明显高于对照组的64.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后裸眼视力水平及假性近视部分的屈光度均优于治疗前,且治疗组更优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗过程中2组均未发生不良反应事件,且无痛感及不适感。结论揿针联合穴位推拿治疗青少年假性近视,疗效确切。Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical efficacy of press-needle combined with acupoint-tuina in the treatment of pseudomyopia in adolescents.Methods 104 cases(104 eyes)with mixed pseudomyopia and simple pseudomyopia were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=53)and the control group(n=51).The treatment group received press-needle combined with acupoint-tuina treatment.The control group adjusted their vision by improving their daily life and study habits.Both groups were treated for one course of treatment(4 weeks).The total effective rates of two groups were compared.The naked visual acuity levels before and after treatment between two groups were compared.The diopters of pseudomyopia of two groups before and after treatment were compared.Adverse reactions during treatment between two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(90.56%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(64.71%),and there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the naked visual acuity levels and diopters of pseudomyopia in both groups were better than before treatment,and the treatment group was even better than the control group,and there was statistically significant diffeence(P<0.05).During the treatment,neither group experienced any adverse reactions,and there was no pain or discomfort.Conclusion Press-needle combined with acupoint-tuina is effective in the treatment of adolescent pseudomyopia.
