摘  要:根据计算模型,分析了蒸汽回转干燥机和流化床干燥机在进料含水率、进料温度和加热蒸汽压力三个失稳后的运行状况。结果表明,进料含水率从2%升高至4%,回转干燥机的产能降低39%、蒸汽单耗增加63%;流化床干燥机的产能降低43%、蒸汽单耗增加75%。进料温度从15℃升高至75℃,回转干燥机的产能增加67%、蒸汽单耗减少45%;流化床干燥机产能增加97%,蒸汽单耗减少57%。加热蒸汽压力从0.4 MPa(G)升高到1.6 MPa(G),回转干燥机的产能提升77%,流化床干燥机产能提升74%。According to the calculation model,the operation conditions of the steam rotary dryer and the fluidized bed dryer after the feed water content,feed temperature and heating steam pressure are analyzed.The results showed that the feed water content increased from 2%to 4%,the production capacity of the rotary dryer decreased by 39%,and the steam consumption increased by 63%.The production capacity of the fluidized bed dryer is reduced by 43%and the steam consump⁃tion per unit is increased by 75%.When the feed temperature is increased from 15℃to 75℃,the production capacity of the rotary dryer is increased by 67%and the steam consumption is reduced by 45%.The capacity of the fluidized bed dryer was increased by 97%,and the steam consumption was reduced by 57%.The heating steam pressure increased from 0.4 MPa(G)to 1.6 MPa(G),and the production capacity of the rotary dryer increased by 77%;Production capacity of fluidized bed dryers increased by 74%.
