从刘渡舟“古今接轨论”谈小柴胡汤在发热疾病中的应用

摘　　要：小柴胡汤出自《伤寒杂病论》,具有调和枢机、祛邪透热的功效,仲景用其治疗少阳发热、三阳合病发热、妇人经期发热等多种外感热病。经过后代医家的临床拓展,该方也可以治疗当今常见的发热疾病,如癌性发热、术后发热、不明原因高热等。“古今接轨论”是经方大家刘渡舟首先提出的,是将经方与时方合用的一种理论,文章以小柴胡汤为桥梁,对古今发热疾病进行联系接轨,这不仅丰富了“古今接轨论”的内涵,也拓宽了经方的现代应用。Xiaochaihu decoction is derived from the Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases and has the effects of harmonizing the central nervous system,dispelling pathogenic factors,and permeating heat.Zhongjing used it to treat various external heat diseases such as Shaoyang fever,Sanyang disease fever,and women's menstrual fever.Through the clinical expansion of future medical practitioners,this formula can also treat common fever diseases today,such as cancerous fever,postoperative fever,unexplained high fever,etc.The theory of ancient and modern integration was first proposed by LIU Duzhou,a master of classical Chinese medicine.It is a theory that combines classical Chinese medicine with contemporary Chinese medicine.The article uses Xiaochaihu decoction as a bridge to connect ancient and modern febrile diseases.This not only enriches the connotation of the theory of ancient and modern integration,but also expands the modern application of classical Chinese medicine.
