益气强心汤结合西医综合治疗对慢性心力衰竭患者血管内皮功能、心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察益气强心汤联合西医综合治疗对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及血管内皮功能的影响。方法选取宝鸡高新医院2020年3月—2022年5月接纳的慢性心力衰竭患者92例,随机分为对照组(46例,西医综合治疗)、联治组(46例,西医综合治疗+益气强心汤),测量比较治疗前后组间氧化应激指标、炎性因子、血管内皮功能指标、心功能指标水平差异,记录不良反应。结果治疗后联治组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平提升幅度更高,丙二醛(MDA)降幅更大(P<0.05);治疗后肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)比较,联治组更低(P<0.05);治疗后联治组内皮素-1(ET-1)水平显著低于对照组,一氧化氮(NO)水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后联治组左心室收缩末期容积(LVESV)显著低于对照组,左心室射血分数(LVEF)显著高于对照组(P<0.05);给药期间两组患者不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论慢性心力衰竭患者给予益气强心汤联合西医综合治疗可改善其炎症反应及氧化应激反应,减轻血管内皮损伤,恢复患者心功能,且基本不增加不良反应。Objective To analyze the effect of Yiqi Qiangxin decoction combined with Western medicine comprehensive treatment on the heart function and endothelial function of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 92 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Baoji High tech Hospital from March 2020 to May 2022 were randomly divided into a control group(46 cases,Western medicine comprehensive treatment)and a combination treatment group(46 cases,Western medicine comprehensive treatment+Yiqi Qiangxin decoction).The differences in levels of oxidative stress indicators,inflammatory factors,vascular endothelial function indicators,and cardiac function indicators between the groups before and after treatment were measured and compared,and adverse reactions were recorded.Results After treatment,the combined treatment group showed a higher increase in superoxide dismutase(SOD)levels and a greater decrease in malondialdehyde(MDA)levels(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)were lower in the combined treatment group(P<0.05);After treatment,the level of endothelin-1(ET-1)in the combined treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the level of nitric oxide(NO)was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the left ventricular end systolic volume(LVESV)in the combined treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients during the administration period(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Yiqi Qiangxin decoction and Western medicine comprehensive treatment can improve the inflammatory response and oxidative stress response of patients with chronic heart failure,reduce endothelial damage,restore heart function,and basically do not increase adverse reactions.
