摘 要:针对山西新景矿煤业有限责任公司15219回采巷道围岩变形大,难支护的问题,分析了复合顶板松软煤层巷道的变形破坏机理,从力学角度分析了桁架锚索的优越性,提出“锚杆+单体锚索+桁架锚索+金属网”联合控制技术,通过数值模拟和现场实践结果表明,该支护技术能有效控制复合顶板松软煤层巷道围岩变形。Aiming at the problem that the surrounding rock of 9-2052 back mining roadway in Fangshan Dianping coal mine is deformed and difficult to support,the deformation and damage mechanism of composite roof slab soft coal seam roadway is analyzed,the superiority of truss anchor cable is analyzed from the mechanical point of view,and the joint control technology of"anchor rod+monomer anchor cable+truss anchor cable+metal mesh"is proposed,and the numerical simulation and field practice results show that this support technology can effectively control the deformation of composite roof slab soft coal seam roadway.The numerical simulation and field practice results show that the support technology can effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the composite roof slab and soft coal seam roadway.
