摘 要:针对N1105工作面小煤柱尺寸留设不合理导致的巷道变形严重问题,采用理论分析、数值模拟与现场监测相结合的方法,研究了对迎采小煤柱优化及切顶卸压技术。研究确定合理小煤柱宽度为9 m;当切顶高度由13 m增加至14 m时,巷道应力及位移下降趋势较缓慢,由此确定合理切顶高度为13 m;随着切顶角度的增加,巷道煤柱帮应力及顶板位移呈现先降低后增加趋势,当切顶高度为20°时,煤柱所受应力及巷道变形最小,由此确定合理切顶角度为20°。研究设计了迎采小煤柱双向聚能张拉爆破切顶卸压方法,以及顶板切缝附近“单体柱+金属铰接顶梁”加固方法。通过工程实践,巷道顶板下沉量降低了47.8%,两帮移近量降低了59.1%,巷道变形得到了有效控制。Aiming at the serious problem of roadway deformation caused by the unreasonable size of small coal pillar in S307 working face,the optimization of small coal pillar and the top-cutting pressure relief technology are studied by combining theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field monitoring.The reasonable width of small coal pillar is 9m.When the cutting height increases from 13m to 14m,the decreasing trend of roadway stress and displacement is slow,so the reasonable cutting height is 13m.With the increase of the cutting Angle,the coal pillar side stress and roof displacement of the roadway decrease first and then increase.When the cutting height is 20°,the stress of the coal pillar and the deformation of the roadway are the least.Therefore,the reasonable cutting Angle is 20°.The bidirectional shaped energy tensioning blasting method to cut the top of small coal pillar and the reinforcement method of"single column+metal hinged top beam"near the slit of the roof are studied and designed.Through the engineering practice,the roof subsidence of the roadway is reduced by 47.8%,the two sides are reduced by 59.1%,and the roadway deformation is effectively controlled.
