摘 要:地音监测作为煤矿冲击地压危险性监测的重要手段,通过监测频率范围在150-2000Hz的震动事件,反应煤岩体的应力集中程度,进而预测冲击地压危险性。KJ1292地音监测系统作为国内应用较多的监测系统,其通带增益、输入阻抗、浮动门限、滤波算法是系统设置中最重要的4个关键参数,通过控制其他参数不变的方法,逐项研究4个关键参数的影响程度,发现通带增益对监测频次和能量均有较大影响,输入阻抗只对能量有较大影响,浮动门限只对频次有较大影响,滤波算法对监测数据影响不大,可以忽略。通过研究4个关键参数的影响原理,结合实际情况,提出了每个参数的具体设置方法与原则,对不同条件的冲击地压矿井根据实际情况优化设置参数具有指导意义。As an important means of monitoring the risk of coal mine rockburst,rock noise monitoring reflects the stress concentration of coal and rock masses by monitoring vibration events with a frequency range of 150-2000Hz,thereby predicting the risk of coalburst.The KJ1292 rock noise monitoring system,as a widely used monitoring system in China,has four most important key parameters in system settings:passband gain,input impedance,floating threshold,and filtering algorithm.By controlling other parameters to remain unchanged,the impact of these four key parameters was studied item by item.It was found that passband gain has a significant impact on monitoring frequency and energy,while input impedance only has a significant impact on energy,The floating threshold only has a significant impact on frequency,while the filtering algorithm has little impact on monitoring data and can be ignored.By studying the impact principles of four key parameters and combining them with actual situations,specific setting methods and principles for each parameter have been proposed,which has guiding significance for optimizing parameter settings in different conditions of coal burst mines based on actual situations.
