摘　　要：文章从煤矿机电设备的配套、运行、大修、车辆辅助运行、指挥调度、新技术标准应用六个方面调研了国能神东煤炭集团公司煤矿机电设备目前使用和管理的现状,深入分析其原因并给出了提升机电设备管理效益的具体措施,这对国能神东煤炭集团公司提升机电设备管理效益具有十分重要的指导意义,对其他煤炭企业机电设备的精细、精益,安全管理亦有重要的借鉴作用。This paper investigates the current situation of the use and management of coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment of Guoneng Shendong Coal Group Co.,Ltd.from six aspects of the matching,operation,overhaul,auxiliary operation of vehicles,command and dispatching,and application of new technical standards,analyzes the reasons and gives specific measures to improve the management efficiency of mechanical and electrical equipment,which is of great guiding significance for Guoneng Shendong Coal Group Co.,Ltd.to improve the management efficiency of mechanical and electrical equipment,It also has an important reference role for other coal enterprises in the fine and lean mechanical and electrical equipment and safety management.
