小甘沟煤矿综放采空区三维流场演化规律及自燃区域判定

摘　　要：针对放顶煤开采采空区遗煤量大的实际特点,采用现场测试和数值模拟的方式开展小甘沟煤矿11121综放工作面复杂氧化条件煤体下采空区三维流场演化规律研究及自燃危险区域判定。通过FLUENT模拟不同配风量及压注参数等条件下采空区流场演化规律。结合束管及温度动态监控系统,提出以采空区氧浓度、漏风风速和孔隙率相结合的采空区自燃危险区划分方法,精准判断采空区自燃“三带”范围,综合判定小甘沟工作面自然发火危险区域,有效提高采空区自燃危险性预测准确性。Aiming at the actual characteristics of the large amount of coal left in the airspace of roof-placed coal mining,on-site testing and numerical simulation were used to carry out the research on the evolution law of the three-dimensional flow field in the airspace under the complex oxidation conditions of the coal body and the determination of the danger zone of spontaneous combustion in the Xiaogangou coal mine 11121 comprehensive discharge workings.FLUENT simulates the flow field evolution under different conditions of air distribution and pressure injection parameters.Combined with the beam pipe and temperature dynamic monitoring system,the method of dividing the spontaneous combustion hazardous area of the mining airspace by combining the oxygen concentration of the mining airspace,air leakage wind speed and porosity is proposed to accurately determine the scope of the spontaneous combustion"three belts"of the mining airspace,and comprehensively determine the natural fire hazardous area of the working face in Xiaoganggou,which can effectively improve the prediction accuracy of the spontaneous combustion hazard of the mining airspace.
