摘  要:为保证锦丘煤矿过断层巷道掘进安全,提出在原支护方案基础上直接开挖、疏水后开挖、疏水+注浆+锚网喷支护3种掘进方案,采用ANSYS对各掘进方案下巷道应力、位移进行研究,并在将研究结果应用于工程时,对巷道顶板离层量进行分析。研究结果表明:断层破碎带阻隔了采动应力传递,工作面临近断层时,围岩的竖向支撑压力增加;直接掘进巷道时,由于断层内裂隙水压的作用,当巷道掘进至断层前方5 m处时,围岩水压和巷道位移迅速增加,具有突水淹井的危险;对断层破碎带疏水后,巷道穿越破碎带时,破碎带附近围岩将因支护强度不足而导致巷道围岩发生大变形,同时塑性区分布范围广,无法保证巷道稳定性;采用疏水+注浆+锚网喷支护后,锚杆间距为0.8 m时,巷道围岩位移量和塑性区分布范围相对较小,能较好的稳定巷道;3条巷道离层量先快速增加,而后逐渐稳定,并在掘进25 d后基本保持稳定,且离层量小于巷道离层的临界值83 mm。In order to ensure the safety of tunneling in Jinqiu Coal Mine through fault,three tunneling schemes are proposed based on the original support scheme:direct excavation,excavation after drainage,drainage+grouting+anchor net shotcrete support.ANSYS is used to study the stress and displacement of roadway under each tunneling scheme,and the amount of strata separation of roadway roof is analyzed when the research results are applied to the project.The results show that the fault fracture zone blocks the mining stress transfer,and the vertical support pressure of surrounding rock increases when the working face is near the fault.When the roadway is driven directly,due to the action of fissure water pressure in the fault,the surrounding rock water pressure and roadway displacement increase rapidly when the roadway is driven to 5m in front of the fault,which has the danger of water inrush and well flooding.After the drainage of fault fracture zone,the surrounding rock near the fracture zone will cause large deformation due to insufficient support strength,and the plastic zone is widely distributed,which cannot guarantee the stability of the roadway.When the support of drainage+grouting+anchor net shotcrete is 0.8m,the displacement of surrounding rock and the distribution range of plastic zone are relatively small,which can stabilize the roadway better.The separation volume of the three roadways increased rapidly at first,and then gradually stabilized,and basically remained stable after 25 days of tunneling,and the separation volume was smaller than the critical value of 83mm.
