摘 要:为了明确煤系节理化岩层中全断面挤压破岩掘进机适应性问题,依托某矿现场工程地质条件建立节理化岩层颗粒流模型,研究分析节理化地质特征对挤压破岩的影响,以及不同挤压接触角度下破岩行为与特征,指出细观力链构成的关键承载结构,是不同节理角度岩体宏观力学行为的关键主控因素。发现滚刀法向推力曲线具有显著的单峰特征,岩体内部拉破坏产生的胶结破坏数目远大于剪破坏产生的胶结破坏数目;平行节理与垂直节理的挤压破岩模式主要为纵深方向裂隙发育,与节理面呈一定角度时破岩模式主要为沿节理面沿伸发育;综合来看,平行节理方向掘进时,能够充分利用节理面弱胶结力学特性,使岩体快速劈裂破碎;与节理面呈一定角度时,特别是达到结构面破坏准则线时,挤压破岩裂隙发育形态不利于岩体破碎掉落,导致破岩效率降低、刀盘出现振荡;最后提出全断面挤压掘进机应当尽量沿岩层起伏而起伏,避免与岩层节理具有一定角度地前进。In order to clarify the adaptability of the full-section extrusion rock breaking boring machine in the extremely jointed rock layer of the coal system,a particle flow model of the extremely joint rock layer was established based on the engineering geological conditions of a certain mine site,and the influence of extremely joint geological characteristics on extrusion rock breaking,as well as the rock breaking behavior and characteristics under different extrusion contact angles,pointed out that the key bearing structure composed of mesoscopic force chain is the key controlling factor of the macroscopic mechanical behavior of rock mass at different joint angles.It is found that the hob normal thrust curve has significant unimodal characteristics,and the number of cementation failures caused by internal tensile failure of rock mass is much greater than that caused by shear failure.The extrusion rock-breaking mode of parallel joints and vertical joints was mainly the development of fractures in the deep direction,and the rock-breaking mode was mainly developed along the joint surface when it was at a certain angle to the joint surface.On the whole,when boring in the parallel joint direction,the weak cementation mechanical characteristics of the joint surface can be fully utilized,so that the rock mass can be quickly split and broken.When it is at a certain angle to the joint surface,especially when the structural surface failure criterion line is reached,the development form of the extrusion fracture fracture is not conducive to the crushing and falling of the rock mass,resulting in reduced rock breaking efficiency and oscillation of the cutter head.Finally,it is proposed that the full-section extrusion TBM should be undulating along the rock formation as much as possible to avoid advancing at a certain angle with the rock formation.
