摘 要:针对工作面复合型顶板巷道破碎围岩的变形问题,采取理论分析、数值模拟以及现场监测的综合方法,在优化现有巷道支护参数的基础上,提出了一种“高强度螺纹钢锚杆+预应力锚索+恒阻大变形锚索+钢筋梯子梁”的综合支护方法。数值模拟结果表明,该方法可以在巷道支护区域形成一定范围的卸压区,显著减少围岩的变形量,以确保巷道的稳定性。工程实践表明,基于该方法设计的余吾煤业N1103胶带顺槽支护方案,巷道顶底板最大移近量78 mm,两帮最大移近量限102 mm,有效地控制了巷道围岩变形。该方法为工作面在类似条件下实现安全和高效的回采提供了可能,也为类似条件下的矿山巷道围岩控制提供了有价值的参考和指导。This study addresses the deformation issue of fractured surrounding rock in the compound type roof tunnel of the working face by utilizing an integrated method of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,and field monitoring.Based on the optimization of existing tunnel support parameters,a comprehensive support method of"high-strength threaded steel anchor rod+prestressed anchor cable+constant resistance large deformation anchor cable+steel ladder beam"is proposed.The numerical simulation results indicate that this method can establish a certain range of pressure relief zone in the tunnel support area,significantly reducing the deformation of the surrounding rock to ensure the tunnel stability.Practical engineering applications,such as the tunnel support plan for the N1103 working face of Yuxi Coal Industry designed using this method,have demonstrated its effectiveness;the maximum displacement of the tunnel roof and floor is restricted to 78mm and the maximum displacement of the two sides is limited to 102mm,effectively controlling the deformation of the tunnel surrounding rock.This method offers a possibility for safe and efficient mining under similar conditions on the working face and provides a valuable reference and guidance for the control of mine tunnel surrounding rock under similar conditions.
