摘 要:矿井工作面布置存在巷道掘进效率低、掘后维护困难、巷道间煤柱回收困难导致资源浪费严重等诸多问题。以李家窑煤矿82213工作面一盘区工程概况为背景,提出了巷道错层布置的优化方案。通过理论分析计算了煤柱的最小留设尺寸,并基于有限差分数值模拟对比了不同煤柱尺寸和巷道布置方式下围岩的塑性破坏和变形情况,确定了煤柱的合理留设尺寸为45 m,并根据采场煤岩层分布情况确定了巷道布置方式,提出了底角卸压爆破和加强支护的技术措施,保证了布置方案优化后巷道服务期间围岩的安全稳定。There are many problems such as low tunneling efficiency,difficult maintenance after digging,and serious waste of resources due to the difficulty of recovering coal pillars in the tunnel.With the background of the project overview of 82213 working face one plate area of Li Jiayao coal mine,the optimization scheme of staggered arrangement of the roadway is proposed.The minimum size of coal pillars was calculated through theoretical analysis,and the plastic damage and deformation of surrounding rock under different coal pillar sizes and roadway layout were compared based on finite-difference numerical simulation,and the reasonable size of coal pillars was determined to be 45 m.The roadway layout was also determined based on the distribution of coal beds in the quarry,and the technical measures of bottom angle pressure relief blasting and strengthening support were proposed to ensure the safety of surrounding rock during the service period of the roadway optimization scheme.This ensures the safety and stability of the surrounding rock during the service period of the roadway.
