摘  要:郭屯煤矿主要开采煤层大部分位于二级热害区,因此面临着严峻的高温热害问题。本文在深入分析现有解决井下热害问题技术的基础上,综合考虑郭屯煤矿现状,提出采用地面集中式井口降温技术的解决方案,通过将夏季井口室外进风由温度34.4℃/相对湿度66%降低到温度20℃/相对湿度90%,减轻了井下降温系统处理负担,最终改善矿工的作业环境并提升生产效率。此外,通过集成智能化控制系统来实现对系统运行状态的实时监测,从而保证维护工作的及时性和高效性。Most of the coal seams mined in Guotun Coal Mine are located in the secondary heat damage area,so it is facing severe high temperature heat damage problems.Based on an in-depth analysis of the existing technologies to solve the problem of underground heat damage,and considering the current situation of Guotun Coal Mine,this paper proposes a solution using the surface centralized wellhead cooling technology,which reduces the outdoor air inlet of the wellhead from 34.4°C/66%to 20°C/90%relative humidity in summer,reduces the burden of the underground cooling system,and ultimately improves the working environment and productivity of miners.In addition,the real-time monitoring of the operating status of the system is realized through the integration of intelligent control system,so as to ensure the timeliness and efficiency of maintenance work.
