摘 要:以山东新旧动能转换综合试验区样本数据为例,构建制度质量门限效应模型分别检验“技能转化”和“技能创新”两种路径下,数字经济与产业结构、禀赋结构融合对经济动能的影响效应。研究发现:多种模型下产业结构对总动能的影响效应是稳定的,产业结构高级化更利于促进动能增长,产业结构合理化会抑制动能增长;数字经济对产业结构高级化正向影响效应的提升大于对产业结构合理化负向影响效应的提升;制度质量传导路径与数字经济融合路径不同,对产业结构高级化、合理化产生不同影响,对经济动能的影响效应不同,制度变量中金融深化在不同的传导路径下都具有显著的门限效应。从利于总动能增长的政策组合来看,在技能转化路径下,政策收缩期数字经济与R&D融合更利于总动能增长。在技能创新路径下,政策扩张期数字经济与资本要素融合更利于总动能增长,政策收缩期数字经济与高学历人力资本融合更利于总动能增长。Taking the sample data of Shandong new and old kinetic energy conversion comprehensive experimental area as an example,the system quality threshold effect model is constructed to test the impact of the integration of digital economy,industrial structure and endowment structure on economic kinetic energy under the two paths of"skill transformation"and"skill innovation".It is found that the effect of industrial structure on the total kinetic energy is stable under various models.The upgrading of industrial structure is more conducive to promoting the growth of kinetic energy,and the rationalization of industrial structure will inhibit the growth of kinetic energy;The positive impact of digital economy on the upgrading of industrial structure is greater than the negative impact on the rationalization of industrial structure;The transmission path of institutional quality is different from the integration path of digital economy,which has different effects on the upgrading and rationalization of industrial structure,and has different effects on economic kinetic energy.Financial deepening in institutional variables has significant threshold effects under different transmission paths.From the perspective of the policy mix conducive to the growth of total kinetic energy,under the path of skill transformation,the integration of the digital economy and R&D during the policy contraction period is more conducive to the growth of total kinetic energy.Under the path of skill innovation,the integration of the digital economy and capital elements in the policy expansion period is more conducive to the growth of total kinetic energy,and the integration of the digital economy and highly educated human capital in the policy contraction period is more conducive to the growth of total kinetic energy.
