摘  要:废旧聚酯经乙二醇常压醇解为对苯二甲酸双羟乙酯及其低聚物,经过热水水洗过滤提纯后,添加不同含量的二甘醇(DEG)后缩聚生成再生PET(r-PET)。采用旋转流变仪对不同DEG含量的r-PET进行动态流变性能的研究。结果表明:r-PET呈现明显的假塑性,随着温度、剪切速率(γ)和DEG含量的增加,r-PET熔体的表观黏度逐渐降低;非牛顿指数随测试温度的升高和DEG含量的增加而逐渐增大;黏流活化能随γ和DEG含量的增大而逐渐降低。不同DEG含量的r-PET均呈现以线性链为主的末端行为,储能模量和损耗模量随DEG含量的增加而逐渐降低。Post-consumer polyester was alcoholized to bis(hydroxyethyl)terephthalate and its oligomers by ethylene glycol.Different contents of diethylene glycol(DEG)were added and polycondensed to regenerated PET(r-PET)polyester after hot water washing,filtration and purification.The dynamic rheological properties of r-PET with different DEG contents were studied using a rotary rheometer.The results show that r-PET exhibited obvious pseudo-plasticity,and the apparent viscosity of r-PET melt decreases with the increase of temperature,shear rate(γ)and DEG content.The non-Newtonian index increases with the increase of test temperature and DEG content.And viscous flow activation energy decreases with the increase of γ and DEG content.The r-PET with different DEG content shows a linear chain dominated terminal behavior,and the storage modulus and loss modulus decreased with the increase of DEG content.
