摘 要:在欧瑞康新型24头Evo-DIO装置上,利用外环吹冷却方式,生产52 dtex/72 f细旦多孔吸湿排汗涤纶预取向丝(POY)产品,选择DIO88喷丝板,宽度为0.066 mm、长度为0.66 mm的“+”字形异形截面喷丝孔,选择1.2 mL/r×12规格的计量泵和0.025 mL/r×24规格的油剂泵,设置缓冷器温度为290℃,在295~296℃的箱体温度、无风区高度50 mm、冷却风压15 Pa条件下形成初生丝条;油架高度提高到600 mm,采用低摩擦因数的一孔三槽汤浅油嘴上油,上油率为0.5%,在卷绕速度为3400 m/min的条件下卷绕成型,POY的断裂强度达到3.46 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为87.7%,沸水收缩率为34.5%。生产状态稳定,产品经加工,织物风格达到要求。On Oerlikon's new 24-head Evo-DIO,a fine-denier,porous,hygrosacopic and perspiratory 52 dtex/72 f polyester pre-oriented yarn(POY)was produced using an outer-ring blow-cooling method.Selecting a DIO88 spinneret with a"+"shaped special-section spinneret hole with a width of 0.066 mm and a length of 0.66 mm,selecting the 1.2 mL/r×12 type metering pump and 0.025 mL/r×24 type oil agent pump and setting the temperature of retarder to 290℃,under the conditions of 295~296℃temperature of the box body,50 mm height of the windless zone and 15 Pa cooling air pressure,the primary fiber was formed.The height of the oil shelf is increased to 600 mm,and a one-hole three-groove YUASA oil nozzle with low friction factor is used to oil,the oil rate is 0.5%,and the winding speed is 3400 m/min,the breaking strength of POY is over 3.46 cN/dtex,the elongation at break is 87.7%,and the shrinkage of boiling water is 34.5%.The production condition is stable,and the style of the processed fabric meets the requirements.
