数码印花尼龙6地毯丝的制备与实践

摘　　要：以尼龙6切片为原料进行熔融纺丝及后加工,制备适用于数码印花地毯的尼龙6膨体变形丝(BCF)及其加捻定型丝。结果表明:拉伸温度为190℃,拉伸倍数为2.8倍、膨化变形温度为210℃,可生产出适用于数码印花地毯的尼龙6 BCF;定型选用饱和蒸汽定型原理的定型机,定型温度设在128℃,可生产出性能符合数码印花地毯用的尼龙6加捻定型丝;用该尼龙6加捻定型丝织毯后,毯面丰满、颗粒度好、手感舒服、色泽鲜艳。Nylon 6 chips were used as raw materials for melt spinning and post-processing to prepare nylon 6 bulk continuous filament(BCF)and twist-setting filament suitable for digital printed carpet.The results show that the BCF suitable for digital printing carpet can be produced with draft temperature of 190℃,draw ratio of 2.8 and extruding deformation temperature of 210℃.The setting machine based on saturated steam setting principle can be used for setting,and the setting temperature is set at 128℃.The nylon 6 twist-setting filament with the properties suitable for digital printed carpet can be produced.The carpet is woven by the nylon 6 twist-setting filament,the carpet surface is full,the tip definition is good,the feel is comfortable,the color is bright.
