摘  要:熔体直纺、环吹冷却生产83 dtex/36 f涤纶全牵伸丝(FDY)的染色不匀和断丝多是实际生产中相应的难点。经生产改进试验得出:组件压力控制在13.0~15.0 MPa,纺丝箱体温度控制在288~290℃;改造风筒设备,选择60 mm的无风区高度、45 Pa的冷却风压、长度250 mm的风筒,并对生产工艺进行优化,可生产出染色M率达99%以上的涤纶FDY,产品品质得到显著提升。The uneven dyeing and breakage of 83 dtex/36 f polyester full drawn yarn(FDY)produced by melt direct spinning and ring blowing cooling are the corresponding difficulties in actual production.The production improvement tests show that the pressure of component is controlled at 13.0~15.0 MPa,and the spinning temperature is controlled at 288~290℃;by modifying the air duct,selecting the height of the windless zone of 60 mm,the cooling wind pressure of 45 Pa,and the length of 250 mm air duct,and optimizing the production process,the polyester FDY with dyeing M rate of more than 99%can be produced,and the quality of the product has been significantly improved.
