超亮光涤/涤复合丝的生产过程与工艺探讨

摘　　要：采用一步法熔体直纺同时生产出高品质的涤纶预取向丝(POY)与全拉伸丝(FDY),将POY与FDY复合制成涤/涤复合丝。主要讨论了纺丝组件的筛选、冷却、上油、网络、牵伸等设备和工艺的调整对24头47 dtex/32 f涤/涤复合丝生产状况的影响,确定了最终生产工艺,实现了正常生产。High quality polyester pre-oriented yarn(POY)and fully-drawn yarn(FDY)were produced by one-step melt direct spinning.POY and FDY are combined to produce polyester/polyester composite fila⁃ment.The influence of the equipment and process adjustment such as screening of spinneret pack,cooling,oiling,network and drawing on the production of 24 ends 47 dtex/32 f polyester/polyester composite fila⁃ment was discussed.The final production process was determined and normal production was realized.
