摘　　要：对PTA氧化干燥机在各种工况下的运行状况进行试验,研究了过滤机喷淋量、滤饼含湿量、干燥机蒸汽列管不凝气、进料温度、下料温度等对干燥机的影响,找出了既经济又实用的最佳操作参数,保证了干燥机在稳定条件下运行周期最长,并减少了碱洗周期。The operating conditions of PTA oxidation dryer under various working conditions were tested,the effects of filter spray amount,the moisture content of filter cake,the non-condensing gas of dryer steam line,feeding temperature,product temperature on the dryer were studied,and the economic and practical best operating parameters were found to ensure the longest operating cycle of the dryer under stable condi⁃tions and reduce the alkali washing cycle.
