聚酯装置刮板冷凝器故障现象及应对措施

摘　　要：介绍中纺院聚酯装置五釜工艺中刮板冷凝器的作用。简要说明装置预缩聚刮板冷凝器运行期间底部挡板脱落故障现象,对正常生产的影响及在线应急处理,以维持生产连续性;在停工检修时分析刮板冷凝器运行中故障产生的原因及应对措施。在正常生产期间,优化生产工艺及运行途径,加强维护保养措施,大大减少了刮板冷凝器的故障,保障了装置的长期稳定运行。The function of scraper condenser in the five-kettle process of polyester plant of China Textile In⁃stitute was introduced.In order to maintain the continuity of production,the failure of the bottom baffle fall⁃ing off during the operation of the precondensation scraper condenser,the effect on normal production and online emergency treatment were briefly described.The causes and countermeasures of the failure in the op⁃eration of scraper condenser were analyzed during the shutdown maintenance.During the normal produc⁃tion period,the production process and operation way were optimized,and the maintenance measures were strengthened,which greatly reduced the failure of the scraper condenser and ensured the long-term stable operation of the device.
