摘　　要：纺织品掉毛和起毛起球问题的形成机制及其相互关联性的研究表明,这些问题的发生是纤维质量、加工过程和使用洗涤条件等多重因素的综合结果。纺织品起毛起球问题主要受纤维结构、纺织品磨损以及纤维表面能等因素影响,优化纤维选择、纺织品设计和加工过程可显著提高纺织品的质量和使用寿命。掉毛问题与起毛起球现象存在紧密关联,表现为掉毛加速起毛起球过程、影响纤维表面能及纤维疏松度的变化。实践中,优化纤维原材料的选择,调整加工过程,应用纤维表面处理技术和纤维混纺技术都是有效的预防措施,这些手段可以显著提高纺织品的品质和耐用性。The study on the mechanism and interrelationship of textile fiber falling off and pilling problems shows that the occurrence of these problems is the comprehensive result of multiple factors such as fiber quality,processing process and washing conditions.The pilling of textile is mainly affected by fiber structure,textile wear,fiber surface energy and other factors.Optimizing fiber selection,textile design and processing can significantly improve the quality and service life of textiles.The problem of fiber falling off is closely related to pilling phenomenon,which shows that fiber falling off accelerates pilling process,affects fiber surface energy and fiber porosity.In practice,optimizing the selection of fiber raw materials,adjusting the processing process,applying fiber surface treatment technology and fiber blending technology are effective preventive measures,which can significantly improve the quality and durability of textiles.
