摘 要:以万能试验机为平台设计了一种表征预浸料压实行为的试验方法,探究了国内外两种型号碳纤维/环氧树脂织物预浸料在不同温度、压力及铺层数下的受压响应变化规律,以此研究了在热压罐成型过程中预浸料未发生固化反应前的压实行为。结果表明:在阶梯式加压试验条件下,预浸料压实过程包括受压起始突变阶段、力保载蠕变阶段和加载后期厚度趋近阶段;压实应变随温度升高而增加,但达到一定温度后应变开始趋近于一个极限应变,18层铺层下,Cycom970预浸料在85℃之后达到极限应变0.186,国产预浸料在105℃之后达到极限应变0.301;不同压力、铺层数也会对预浸料压实行为产生影响,但两种预浸料表现出不同的变化规律。Based on the universal testing machine,a test method was designed to characterize the prepreg compression performance.The compression response of two types of carbon fiber/epoxy resin textile prepreg under different temperature,pressure and number of layers was investigated.In this way,the compression performance of prepreg before curing reaction occurred in autoclaved molding process was studied.The results show that the compaction process of prepreg includes the initial sudden change stage,the creep stage and the thickness approaching stage at the late loading stage under the step compression test.The compaction strain increases with the increase of temperature,but after reaching a certain temperature,the strain begins to approach a limit strain.Under 18 layers,the Cycom970 prepreg reaches a limit strain of 0.186 after 85℃,and the domestic prepreg reaches a limit strain of 0.301 after 105℃.Different pressure and layup number will also affect the prepreg pressure,but the two prepregs show different change rules.
