碳纤维不同掺量对混凝土导电性能的影响分析

摘  要:为更好地掌握碳纤维混凝土的导电性能发展规律,促进碳纤维混凝土在机场跑道融雪化冰、电磁干扰屏蔽、防静电等领域的科学应用,对不同碳纤维掺量条件下的三种不同强度等级的混凝土开展试验。分别对碳纤维混凝土的坍落度、强度、电阻的变化与碳纤维掺量的关系进行了研究,并分析了碳纤维混凝土电阻与养护期龄的关系,得出了碳纤维混凝土导电性能的变化规律并对其原因进行了分析。试验结果表明:随碳纤维掺量的增大,混凝土坍落度急剧减小;混凝土强度随碳纤维掺量的增加而下降;随碳纤维掺量的增加,混凝土的电阻减小,导电性能增强,当掺入碳纤维质量分数达0.7%以上,混凝土的电阻值较稳定;碳纤维混凝土电阻随养护龄期而减小,21 d后基本达到较稳定的阻值。In order to better understand the development law of electrical conductivity of carbon fiber reinforced concrete and promote its scientific application in the fields of airport runway snow melting and ice melting,electromagnetic interference shielding,and anti-static,experiments were conducted on three different strength grades of concrete under different carbon fiber content conditions.The relationship between the slump,strength,electrical resistance,and carbon fiber content of carbon fiber reinforced concrete was studied,and the relationship between the electrical resistance of carbon fiber reinforced concrete and the curing age was analyzed.The variation pattern of the electrical conductivity of carbon fiber reinforced concrete was obtained and the reasons were analyzed.The experimental results show that with the increase of carbon fiber content,the slump of concrete decreases sharply.The compressive strength of concrete will decrease with the increase of carbon fiber content.With the increase of carbon fiber content,the electrical resistance of concrete specimens decreases,and its conductivity increases.When the mass fraction of carbon fiber reaches 0.7%or more,the electrical resistance value of concrete is relatively stable.The electrical resistance of carbon fiber reinforced concrete decreases with the curing age and reaches a relatively stable value after 21 days.
