摩擦因数表征中空涤纶短纤维滑爽性能的研究

摘  要:通过对中空涤纶短纤维摩擦因数测试的研究,探究使用摩擦因数仪测试中空涤纶短纤维摩擦因数并表征其滑爽性能的基本方法,以代替人员手感评定等级,确定了样品制备、摩擦介质的选择、重复试验次数等试验条件。研究得出:将样品用原棉杂质分析机梳棉,介质为金属板,不加纸挡板,取重复试验5次的动摩擦因数平均值作为最终结果,可在一定程度上表征纤维的滑爽性能。Based on the study of the friction coefficient test of the hollow polyester staple fiber,the basic method of using the friction coefficient tester instead of testing personnel feel evaluation level to test the friction coefficient of the hollow polyester staple fiber to characterize its smooth performance was explored,and the test conditions such as sample preparation,the selection of friction medium and the number of repeated tests were determined.The study concludes that the sample is carded with raw cotton impurities,the medium is metal plate,no paperboard block,and the average kinetic friction coefficient of repeated tests for 5 times can be used as the final result to characterize the smooth performance of the fiber to a certain extent.
