多序岩黄芪种子破除休眠及种子引发研究

摘  要:为破除多序岩黄芪种子的休眠,提高种子的发芽率,采用研磨、H2O2、酸、碱处理进行种子硬实的破除,并进行了种子的引发处理。结果表明:多序岩黄芪种子为高硬实种子,用浓硫酸处理9min效果较好,使硬实率下降为87%,发芽率达24.8%。用190mg/L的GA3+15%PEG组合进行种子引发,种子的发芽率高达62.20%,发芽势达44.30%,发芽时间比对照提前1d,种用价值和整齐度均可大幅度提高。建议在生产中,将种子用浓硫酸处理9min,再用190mg/L的GA3+15%PEG组合进行种子引发,以提高出苗率。In order to break the dormancy of Astragalus membranaceus seeds and enhance their germination rate,an experiment was conducted using grinding,H2O2,acid,and alkali treatments to remove hard seeds and initiate germina-tion.The results indicated that Astragalus membranaceus seeds are characterized by high hardness.The most effective method for breaking seed dormancy was treatment with concentrated sulfuric acid for 9 minutes.A combination of 190 mg/L GA3 and 15%PEG for seed initiation yielded a germination rate of 62.20%,a germination potential of 44.30%,and an earlier germination time by 1 day compared to the control.This treatment significantly improved seed value and uniformity.
