摘　　要：马克思在《1844年经济学哲学手稿》中,避而不谈在《德法年鉴》时期重点分析的“市民社会”概念,这导致了从文本表面来看,马克思对于市民社会的研究与批判出现了断裂。然而如果深入考察马克思思想历史的发展脉络,就会发现,这种避而不谈正是“市民社会”概念的术语革命。“不在场”正是一种“在场”,是马克思市民社会理论发展的重要组成部分,昭示着马克思思想的分娩阵痛与深化进步。In Economic Philosophy Manuscript of 1844,Marx tries to avoids using the key concept of“civil society”in German-French Almanac,which leads to the rupture of Marx’s research and criticism of civil society on the literal text.However,it is the absence of this concept that reveals the terminology revolution for the term of“civil society”if we deeply examine the development of Marx’s ideological history.The absence,just another form of presence,an important part of the development of Marx’s civil society theory,indicating the labor pains and deepening progress of Marx’s thought.
