摘　　要：质量管理理论与系统科学理论与新一轮普通高校本科教育教学审核评估对新时代高等教育质量保障体系建设提出了新的要求。计算机科学与技术专业教学质量保障体系概念保障体系构成与要素、具体内容应进一步予以改革丰富,将教学质量保障工作落实于专业层面,构建计算机科学与技术专业质量保障体系新框架。The theories of quality management and systems science,as well as the new round of undergraduate education teaching review and evaluation in ordinary universities,have put forward new requirements for the construction of higher education quality assurance system in the new era.For improving the teaching quality assurance of the specialty of computer science and technology,the composition,elements,and specific content of the conceptual guarantee system should be further reformed and enriched.The teaching quality assurance work should be implemented at the professional level,and a new framework for the quality assurance system of computer science and technology majors should be constructed.
