摘 要:为研究SCR系统低温运行时SO_(3)的生成特性,在中试实验台上分析了烟气温度、SO_(2)质量浓度和喷氨量对SO_(3)催化生成特性的影响。结果表明:温度是影响SO_(3)生成率的主要因素;随着烟气温度降低,SO_(3)生成率下降;SO_(3)生成率受SO_(2)质量浓度的影响;入口烟气SO_(2)质量浓度在700~1 150 mg/m^(3)范围内、温度低于260℃时,SO_(3)生成率受SO_(2)质量浓度影响很小;与未喷氨工况相比,在喷氨工况下出口SO_(3)质量浓度和SO_(3)生成率均下降,低温腐蚀概率下降,硫酸氢铵生成概率提高;低温下SCR系统中SO_(3)生成率下降,对低温受热面的危害体现在H_(2)SO_(4)和硫酸氢铵协同作用下的低温腐蚀和堵塞方面。In order to study the SO_(3) generation characteristics of SCR system during low temperature operation,the effects of flue gas temperature,SO_(2) mass concentration and ammonia injection on the catalytic SO_(3) generation characteristics were analyzed on a pilot test bench.Results show that temperature is the main factor affecting the SO_(3) generation rate.SO_(3) generation rate decreases as the flue gas temperature decreases,which is also influenced by SO_(2) mass concentration.However,the effect of SO_(2) mass concentration on SO_(3) generation rate becomes very little when the inlet flue gas SO_(2) concentration is in the range of 700 to 1150 mg/m^(3) and temperature is below 260°C.Compared with the un-injected ammonia condition,both the outlet SO_(3) mass concentration and SO_(3) generation rate decrease under ammonia injection condition.At the same time,the probability of low-temperature corrosion decreases,and the probability of ammonium bisulfate generation increases.Since SO_(3) generation rate in the SCR system decreases at low temperature,the harm to the low-temperature heating surface is reflected in the low-temperature corrosion and blockage under the synergistic effect of H2SO4 and ammonium bisulfate.
