摘 要:在“互联网+教育”的背景下,法学在线教学中存在的主要问题是,教师在线上课堂仍扮演核心角色,缺乏提高教学效果的有效互动,教学反思匮乏;学生缺乏自主学习能力,在时间管理、学习动机和有效利用法学资源方面仍存在困难;在线教学因过度关注技术的功能和便利性,忽略了技术服务于教育的核心价值。从批判理论的立场出发,法学在线教育应当构建对师生更为有利的“主导—主体”相结合的课堂教学结构;教师应引导学生利用在线教学平台提高自主学习能力;重视技术的价值理性,利用信息技术实现人的主体性价值,将学生放在教学活动的核心地位,以学生的自我发展与完善作为教学的最终目标。The large-scale online teaching launched due to the COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control is an unprecedented challenge in the history of education in China.In the context of“Internet plus Education”,the main problems in online teaching of law are as follows:teachers still play a core role in online classes,lacking effective interaction to improve teaching effectiveness and insufficient reflection on teaching;students lack self-learning ability and still have difficulties in time management,learning motivation,and effective use of law resources;online teaching tends to overemphasize the functionality and convenience of technology,neglecting the core value of technology serving education.From the perspective of critical theory,online teaching of law should construct a classroom teaching structure that is more favorable to teachers and students with a combination of“leadership and subject”;teachers should guide students to improve their self-learning ability through online teaching platforms;emphasize the value rationality of technology,use information technology to realize human subjectivity value,put students at the core of teaching activities,and take studentsself-development and improvement as the ultimate goal of teaching.
