摘 要:热膨胀系数作为针状焦质量分级的主要依据之一,与原料有着密切的联系。本文通过核磁与喹啉不溶物的测定获得原料的芳烃组成和活性指数,并利用公式与催化油浆、乙烯焦油及其混合物的热膨胀系数相关联。除此之外,本文还依据芳香化合度计算公式,进一步将热膨胀系数与原料的性质关联。结果表明,针状焦原料的最佳密度在1.02~1.08 g/cm^(3)之间,且高芳烃含量与低热反应活性对应低热膨胀系数。The thermal expansion coefficient, as one of the main bases for the quality classification of needle coke, is closely related to the feedstock.In this paper, the aromatic composition and activity index of the feedstock were obtained by NMR and QI determinations, and the equations were used to correlate the thermal expansion coefficient with the catalytic oil slurry, ethylene tar and their blends.In addition the relationship between the thermal expansion coefficient and the properties of the feedstock based on the aromaticity equation was investigated.The results show that the optimum density of needle coke feedstock is 1.02~1.08 g/cm^(3),and the high aromatic content and low thermal reactivity correspond to low thermal expansion coefficient.
