摘 要:为了解决焊接性能差的材料间的连接问题,提出了一种利用旋转锻造工艺进行管材-管材、管材-棒料连接的新方法,并进行了旋转锻造连接过程的有限元分析和试验研究,揭示了旋转锻造连接过程的材料流动规律,得到了影响连接头强度的工艺参数。试验设备为自主研发的基于能量控制的小型旋转锻造设备,材料为T2铜管、6061铝管及塑料棒。对旋转锻造连接成形过程进行了有限元分析,得到了材料流动情况和连接工艺参数。结果表明:旋转锻造连接工艺可以形成稳定连接头;连接长度越小,连接头越容易被拉脱;径缩量是影响连接头强度的主要因素,在一定范围内随着径缩量的增加,连接强度不断增加;径缩量过大时,内管将在旋转锻造过程中发生破裂,无法形成连接头;试验结果表明,径缩量为0.8 mm时,铜管-铝管连接头强度达到铝管强度的62%,铜管-铜管连接头强度达到内铜管强度的68%,铜管-塑料棒连接头强度达到塑料棒强度的63%。To solve the problems of joining between materials with poor weldability,a new joining method using rotary swaging technology to accomplish tube-tube and tube-bar joining was proposed.The finite element analysis and experimental study of the process of rotary swaging joining were carried out,the material flow laws of the process of rotary forging joining were revealed,and the process parameters affecting the strength of the joints were obtained.The experimental equipment was the self-developed small rotary forging equipment based on energy control,and the materials were T2 copper tube,6061 aluminum tube and plastic bar.The finite element analysis of rotary swa-ging joining process was conducted,and material flow and joining process parameters were provided.The results show that the stable joints are formed by rotary swaging joining process.The smaller the joining length,the easier it is to pull the connector.The diameter shrinkage is the main factor affecting the strength of the joint,and the strength of the joint increases with the increase of the diameter reduction in a certain range.When the diameter shrinbage is too large,the inner tube will break in the process of rotary swaging,and the joints can not be formed.The experiment results show that when the diameter reduction amount is 0.8 mm,the strength of Cu tube-Al tube joints rea-ches 62%of the strength of the Al tube,the strength of the Cu tube-Cu tube joints reaches 68%of the strength of the inner Cu tube,and the strength of the Cu tube-plastic bar joints reaches 63%of the strength of the plastic bar.
