设计思维、企业创新力与企业绩效的关系研究

摘　　要：在已有研究的基础上结合我国企业发展现状,构建设计思维及企业创新力对企业绩效影响的理论模型。探究企业对设计思维的关注与绩效的关系及企业创新力的中介效应。基于结构方程模型采用定量研究的方法,根据178家中国不同地区企业的问卷数据,对“企业对设计思维的关注”“企业创新力”“企业绩效”的关系进行量化分析。通过研究验证设计思维与企业绩效之间的关系和设计思维如何通过企业创新力的中介作用影响企业绩效。设计思维通过提高企业创新力进而提升企业。On the basis of the existing research,combined with the current situation of enterprise development in my country,a theoretical model of the influence of design thinking and enterprise innovation on enterprise performance is constructed.To explore the relationship between corporate attention to design thinking and performance and the mediating effect of corporate innovation.Based on the quantitative research method based on the structural equation model,according to the questionnaire data of 178 enterprises in different regions of China,the relationship between“enterprises’attention to design thinking”,“enterprise innovation”and“enterprise performance”is quantitatively analyzed.Through research to verify the relationship between design thinking and corporate performance and how design thinking affects corporate performance through the intermediary role of corporate innovation.Design thinking improves corporate performance by improving corporate innovation.
