摘 要:以场景互融为目标,优化高铁商务舱智能乘坐场景体验,提升高铁多场景智能乘坐体验的一致性。通过明确智能化时代场景要素构成,分析和归纳高铁商务舱智能乘坐场景的子要素。以结构化场景与用户体验要素的关联性为突破口,构建高铁商务舱智能乘坐体验一致性场景。从价值、活动、交互三个层面提出场景互融下的高铁商务舱智能乘坐体验一致性设计策略。为未来高铁智能乘坐体验的提升提供参考与借鉴。To optimize the scene experience of business class intelligent ride on high-speed rail and improve the consistency of multi-scene intelligent ride experience on high-speed rail with the goal of scene mutual integration.The sub-elements of business class intelligent ride scene of high-speed railway were analyzed and summarized by clarifying the scene elements of intelligent era.Based on the correlation between structured scene and user experience elements,the consistency scene of high-speed rail business class intelligent ride experience is constructed.From the three aspects of value,activity and interaction,the consistent design strategy of high-speed rail business class intelligent ride experience is proposed.It provides reference for the improvement of intelligent ride experience of high-speed rail in the future.
