基层治理现代化的社会工作何以可为——中国社会工作教育协会农村社会工作暨灾害社会工作专委会年会综述

摘　　要：社会工作在基层治理现代化中具有独特地位。它不仅需要对新时代的治理问题进行准确判断,在理论层面进行指引,更要通过综融性的服务实践,激发全民活力,凸显专业价值。为此,在保山学院召开的农村社会工作暨灾害社会工作专委会2023年会以“基层治理现代化中的社会工作”为主题进行了全面回应。参会学者重点关注农村社会工作、灾害社会工作、环境社会工作、边疆乡村治理、乡镇(街道)社会工作服务站建设等多个分支领域的议题。参会代表们积极研讨,对推动社会工作助力基层治理体系和治理能力现代化具有重要意义。Social work has a unique position in the modernization of grassroots gover‐nance.It not only needs to accurately judge the governance issues in the new era and provide guidance at the theoretical level,but also needs to stimulate the vitality of the whole people and highlight the professional value through comprehensive ser‐vice practice.Therefore,the 2023 Annual meeting of the Rural Social Work and Di‐saster Social Work Special Committee held at Baoshan University carried out a com‐prehensive response with the theme of Social Work in the modernization of grass‐roots governance.Participants focused on topics in multiple sub fields such as rural social work,disaster social work,environmental social work,border rural gover‐nance,and the construction of township social work stations.The participants ac‐tively discussed,which is of great significance to promote social work to help mod‐ernize the grassroots governance system and governance capacity.
