摘　　要：目的分析:YAG激光治疗糖尿病患者后发性白内障及对眼部生物学参数及混浊效果的影响。方法采用回顾性研究选择于2020年1月到2023年2月我院接收的100例后发性白内障患者,记录有无合并糖尿病区分对照组和观察组。对照组单纯后发性白内障患者采取择期YAG激光治疗,观察组后发性白内障合并糖尿病患者采取YAG激光治疗,比较两组患者的矫正视力、视力、角膜内皮细胞平均密度、前房深度及眼压结果差异。结果两组术后4周视力、前房深度及眼压显著优于术前,对比存在统计学意义(t=11.104、10.352,P=0.000,0.000)。两组患者在接受治疗前后的角膜密度对比无明显差异,两组对比无明显差异(t=0.329,P=0.748)。观察组患者治疗玻璃体混浊治疗有效率与对照组无明显差异(χ2=0.256,P=0.814)。结论在糖尿病患者后发性白内障中采取YAG激光治疗术治疗能够有效的改善患者的术后视力恢复状况,与YAG治疗单纯性后发性白内障的疗效相当,提示YAG激光治疗对糖尿病患者后发性白内障有较佳疗效,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effects of YAG laser on posterior cataract and ocular biological parameters and effects of turbidity.MethodsA retrospective study of 100 patients with after cataract admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to February 2010 was 2023,Record whether there is diabetes and distinguish the control group from the observation group.The control group of patients with simple posterior cataract received selective YAG laser treatment.The patients in the observation group with post cataract and diabetes were treated with YAG laser The corrected visual acuity,visual acuity,mean corneal endothelial cell density,anterior chamber depth and intraocular pressure were compared between the two groups.Resultsthe visual acuity,anterior chamber depth and intraocular pressure of the two groups were significantly better than those before operation at 4 weeks after operation(t=11.104,10.352;P=0.000.000).There was no significant difference in corneal density between the two groups before and after treatment(t=0.329,P=0.748).The effective rate of vitreous opacification in the observation group was similar to that in the control group(χ2=0.256,P=0.814).Conclusion YAG laser photocoagulation in the treatment of diabetic after cataract can effectively improve the postoperative visual recovery,which is comparable to YAG laser photocoagulation in the treatment of simple afer cataract,it is suggested that It is suggested that YAG laser treatment has a better effect on diabetes patients with post cataract and is worth popularizing.
