摘 要:网格化配电网作为应对分布式电源大量接入情况的新型配电网体系,具有高度自主决策能力和高效集体协调能力。传统的即插即用技术难以满足网格化配电网场景下新型终端设备接入的需求,也难以支持终端设备的自动更新升级和网格重构过程。针对这些问题,提出了一种适用于网格化配电网的即插即用技术,可以实现智能控制终端与配电主站以及网格边端设备间的自动识别和参数配置,支持智能设备的更新升级和网格的动态划分。首先,针对配电主站、网格边端设备以及智能控制终端间的模型不统一问题,提出了3层的模型映射方案;然后,描述了网格化配电网场景下即插即用机制的控制流程;最后,对网格划分变动过程中的拓扑动态识别与系统配置更新进行了研究,所提出的即插即用架构可以支撑网格重构的过程。As a response to the large-scale integration of distributed energy resources,the Web-based cellular distribution network emerges as a novel system characterized by highly autonomous decision-making and efficient collective coordination capabilities.Traditional plug-and-play technologies fail to meet the demands of new terminal devices within such scenarios,nor do they support the automatic updating and upgrading of terminal devices and the restructuring processes of the cell.Addressing these challenges,this paper proposes a plug-and-play technology tailored for Web-based cellular distribution networks,enabling automatic recognition and parameter configuration between intelligent control terminals,distribution substations,and cell-edge devices,as well as supporting the updates and dynamic partitioning of the cell.Initially,this study introduces a three-tier model mapping scheme to address the lack of uniformity among the models of distribution substations,cell-edge devices,and intelligent control terminals.Subsequently,it describes the control process of the plug-and-play mechanism in the context of Web-based cellular distribution networks.Lastly,the paper investigates the dynamic recognition of topology changes and system configuration updates during cell partitioning alterations,illustrating that the proposed plug-and-play architecture can sustain the process of cell restructuring.
