摘 要:随着分布式光伏在配电网的渗透率不断提高,配电台区作为小容量分布式光伏接入的主要层级,出现潮流分配不平衡、光伏消纳等问题,其主要原因是台区潮流分配与调节的不合理,表现为配电台区反送功率、电压偏差过大等问题。首先,提出一种基于储能调节的配电台区光伏负荷功率平衡协调控制方法,目的是通过信息模型将调控功能抽象描述,将电气设备与控制算法连接,支撑层级分布式信息交互;其次,结合配电网反功率限制制定储能充放电优化路径,形成功率平衡协调控制策略,以控制储能充放电启停时间及充放电功率,可使台区在光伏高渗透的情况下合理调节日内功率分配,充分消纳光伏功率并限制功率倒送;最后,基于典型台区算例验证台区功率平衡的效果,合理的控制储能充放电启停时间和充放电功率能够提升分布式光伏消纳能力,提升配电台区的稳定安全经济运行能力。As the penetration of distributed photovoltaics(PV)in the distribution grid continues to increase,the distribution station is the primary level of small-capacity PV access;the imbalance of power distribution and the problem of PV consumption at the distribution station are more prominent.The main reason is the unreasonable distribution and regulation of power flow in the distribution station,which is manifested in the problems of power back transmission and voltage deviation.A coordinated control method for power balance between PV and load at the distribution station based on regulation and control of energy storage is proposed.Firstly,the overall coordinated control architecture suitable for integrating distributed PV into the distribution grid is constructed,The purpose is to describe the control function abstractly through the information model,and connect the electrical equipment with the control algorithm,which supports hierarchical distributed information interaction;Secondly,the optimal path of energy storage charge or discharge is formulated by combining the inverse power limit of the distribution grid,then a coordinated power balance control strategy is formed to control the start/stop time,and charge/discharge power of energy storage.It can make the distribution station reasonably adjust the daily power distribution under the condition of high PV penetration,fully absorb PV power and limit power backflow;Finally,based on a typical distribution station example to verify the effect of power balance in the distribution station,and reasonable control the start/stop time,and charge/discharge power of energy storage,that can improve the distributed PV consumption ability and improve the stable,safe and economic operation ability of the distribution station.
