摘 要:为了优化钛合金加工性能,设置高压冷却装置提升钛合金切削质量.设置了合适的切削参数取值区间,将其与常规切削方法进行对比,判断温度、刀具表面磨损程度改变情况.研究结果表明,采用超声振动切削方式时,刀具会跟工件发生分离,形成了更高压力的切削液,优化切削区冷却液流量与速度来达到更高换热速率,引起切削温度的持续降低.采用常规切削模式时形成了规则分布的沟槽,采用超声振动切削模式时则产生具有周期变化特征的织构,观察到大量的凹坑、凸起点以及部分"脊"状的形态.该研究有助于提高高压冷却超声振动辅助切削效率,为后续的加工参数优化奠定理论基础.In order to optimise the machining performance of titanium alloy,a high-pressure cooling device is set to improve the cutting quality of titanium alloy.A suitable cutting parameter value interval is set,and it is compared with the conventional cutting method to judge the temperature and the degree of wear of the tool surface to change the situation.The results of the study show that when using ultrasonic vibration cutting mode,the tool will be separated from the workpiece,forming a higher pressure cutting fluid,optimising the flow and speed of coolant in the cutting zone to achieve a higher rate of heat transfer,causing a continuous reduction in the cutting temperature.Regularly distributed grooves were formed in the conventional cutting mode,while the ultrasonic vibratory cutting mode resulted in a periodically varying texture,with a large number of pits,bumps and some"ridges"observed.This study helps to improve the efficiency of high-pressure cooled ultrasonic vibration-assisted cutting and lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent optimisation of machining parameters.
