摘 要:为进一步分析带式输送机跑偏及纠偏两方面的更多细节问题,以煤矿用DTL120型带式输送机为研究对象,针对目标煤矿企业应用DTL120型带式输送机中存在的跑偏问题进行分析,确定采用调心托辊进行纠偏.通过仿真分析方法对调心托辊的主要参数进行优化调整,并以此进行现场测试.测试结果显示,优化后的调心托辊在纠偏能力上相对较优,表明此次研究取得了初步成功,具有一定的应用价值.In order to further analyze the deviation and correction of belt conveyor in more details,this paper takes DTL120 belt conveyor used in coal mine as the research object,analyzes the deviation problems existing in the application of DTL120 belt conveyor in target coal mine enterprises,and determines the use of allocating rollers for deviation correction.In this regard,the main parameters of the aligning roller are optimized and adjusted by simulation analysis method,and the field test is carried out.The test results show that the optimized aligning idlers are relatively good in the ability of correcting deviation,indicating that this research has achieved initial success,and it is expected that this research will also have certain application value.
