摘 要:为提升液压支架液压系统工作效率,应用AMESim仿真软件分析支架立柱液控系统动态特性,表明增大泵站流量可明显提升升柱速度,对降柱速度影响小;缩短伸缩杠位移,可缩短升降柱时间;增大液控单向阀直径、供液管路直径,可提升升降柱速度,并在液控系统最优参数组合下,升柱时间为3.5 s,提升约17%;立柱降柱时间为2.1 s,提升约16%,提升液压支架立柱控制系统效率.In order to realise the hydraulic system of the hydraulic support and improve the efficiency of the hydraulic control system,AMESim simulation software is applied to analyse the dynamic characteristics of the stand column.The application of AMESim simulation software to analyse the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic control system of the stent column,increase the flow rate of the pump station can obviously improve the speed of the column lift,and have a small impact on the speed of the column lowering;shorten the displacement of the telescopic bar to shorten the time of the column lifting and lowering;increase the diameter of the hydraulic check valve and the diameter of the hydraulic supply pipeline to improve the speed of the column lifting and lowering,and the optimal combination of the parameters of the hydraulic control system,the time of the column lifting was 3.5 s,which was improved by 17%;column lowering Under the optimal combination of hydraulic control system parameters,the column lifting time is 3.5 s,which is about 17%higher;the column lowering time is 2.1 s,which is about 16%higher,and the efficiency of the column control system of hydraulic support is improved.
