摘 要:为解决通风机叶片前后偏移导致其在实际运行中安全性低的问题,开展了关于叶片安装角度对通风机气动特性影响的研究.基于OB-84型轴流式通风机,在对其气动结构和叶片翼型结构分析的基础上,根据仿真计算需求构建的仿真模型并完成网格划分.基于所构建的仿真模型分别对叶片安装角度对气动特性曲线、出口静压和总压的影响进行研究,研究成果将为后续叶片偏移影响通风机工作效率和安全运行的机理奠定基础.In order to solve the problem of low safety of ventilator blades in actual operation due to the front-back offset of the blades,a research on the influence of blade installation angle on the aerodynamic characteristics of ventilators was carried out.Firstly,based on the OB-84 axial flow ventilator,the simulation model is constructed and meshed according to the simulation requirements based on the analysis of its aerodynamic structure and blade airfoil structure.Then,based on the constructed simulation model,the effects of the blade installation angle on the aerodynamic characteristic curve,outlet static pressure and total pressure are investigated respectively,and the research results will lay the foundation for the subsequent mechanism of blade offset affecting the efficiency and safe operation of the ventilator.
