摘  要:基于煤矿瓦斯抽采钻孔施工过程中采用传统气水射流除尘装置对钻孔施工产生的煤层进行降尘处理时,水资源浪费大、除尘效果差以及安全系数低等问题,白洞矿服务二队通过技术研究,设计了一套瓦斯钻孔负压通风除尘系统,该系统主要由孔口集尘器、除尘器、除尘布袋及配套设备等部分组成.通过现场实际应用效果来看,该除尘系统投入使用后钻孔除尘率提高至96%,钻孔成孔率提高至88%以上,取得了显著应用成效.Based on the technical problems such as the waste of water,poor dust removal effect and low safety factor when using traditional air-water jet dust removal device to reduce the dust of coal seams produced by drilling construction in the process of coal mine gas extraction drilling,BaiDong Mining Service Team 2 designed a set of gas drilling negative-pressure ventilation and dust removal system by technical research,which is composed of aperture collector,dust collector,dust bag and ancillary equipment,etc.Through the actual application effect in the field,the system was found to be effective.The system is mainly composed of hole collector,dust collector,dust bag and supporting equipment,etc.Through the actual application effect in the field,the dust removal rate of the drill hole is increased to 96%after the system is put into use,and the rate of hole formation is increased to more than 88%,which has achieved remarkable application results.
