摘  要:为了实现大齿轮齿距偏差测量难的问题,研制出一种大齿轮齿距偏差测量仪.针对测量仪中的弹性测杆机构的弹性变形影响测量精度的问题,对其组成及工作原理进行介绍并使用ANSYS Workbench进行仿真计算.根据计算结果对其误差进行分析并优化,以提高该仪器测量精度.经过仿真分析,改变铰链厚度可以减小其测量误差,为测量仪今后的误差分析提供了一定的理论基础.In order to realise the difficult problem of large gear tooth pitch deviation measurement,a large gear tooth pitch deviation measuring instrument is developed.In order to solve the problem that the elastic deformation of the elastic measuring rod mechanism affects the measurement accuracy,its composition and working principle are introduced and simulated by ANSYS Workbench.According to the calculation results,its error is analysed and optimized to improve the measuring accuracy of the instrument.After simulation analysis,changing the thickness of the hinge can reduce its measurement error,which provides a certain theoretical basis for the future error analysis of the measuring instrument.
