摘 要:针对WG-2×125/571-WD型采煤机行走轮出现严重磨损问题,开展了行走轮磨损问题原因的分析,行走轮出现严重磨损的原因是疲劳磨损.之后优化改进了行走轮的模数,结果表明,改进之后降低了行走轮工作过程中最大接触应力数值,改善了行走轮的疲劳应力状态,提高行走轮的疲劳寿命,改进效果较为显著.In view of the serious wear problem of the travelling wheel of WG-2×125/571-WD coal mining machine,an analysis of the causes of the travelling wheel wear problem was carried out,and the results showed that fatigue wear was the cause of the serious wear of the travelling wheel.After that,the modulus of the travelling wheel was optimized and improved,and the results showed that after the improvement,the maximum contact stress value of the travelling wheel in the working process was reduced,the fatigue stress state of the travelling wheel was improved,and the fatigue life of the travelling wheel was increased,and the effect of the improvement was quite remarkable.
