摘　　要：为有效解决矿用钢丝绳芯带式输送机胶带断裂问题,以晋圣亿欣煤业2号煤配采工程Ⅱ一盘区胶带斜巷为研究对象,在阐述其主斜井ST/S1250型钢丝绳芯带式输送机性能参数及运行现状的基础上,对钢丝绳芯胶带断裂的原因展开深入分析,并依托运行实践提出防断带策略,可为钢丝绳芯带式输送机在煤矿生产中的推广应用提供借鉴参考.In order to effectively solve the problem of wire rope core belt conveyor belt breakage,Jin Sheng Yixin Coal No.2 Coal Mining ProjectⅡa plate area belt inclined alley as the object of study,in the main inclined shaft ST/S1250 steel wire rope core belt conveyor performance parameters and operation of the current situation based on the elaboration of an in-depth analysis of the causes of the breakage of the wire rope core belt,and relying on the operation of the practice of the proposed strategy of preventing the breakage of the belt,which can be used for the It can provide reference for the promotion and application of wire rope core belt conveyor in coal mine production.
